The countdown begins. Trouble went home last week. He went home to the original foster mom and her daughter who simply could not stop thinking about him. He settled in nicely. I wasn't really attached to him. I am getting attached to Kiko more though. Since Trouble left, she's been meowing and hanging out with us alot. Still sliding as she runs down the hallway...lol, my fault i Pledged the wood floors.
Its a dangerous slippery surface even for me. I was trying to pull a Tom Cruise in "Risky Business". Anyhow there might be a potential adopter for Kiko. A lovely lady named Francis who has 2 kids and a goldie. I hope it works out and that Kiko fecal sample comes back negative. Her so called "ringworm" isnt what it is supposed to be. It's more like litter that was clumped to her fur mixed with pee or poo and hence infected her skin. Its healing fine and hair is all growing back now.
Tequila is finally available to be put up on adoption. I wrote up her bio today.
I am attached but am learning to detach. I can't keep falling for every single foster i get otherwise I'd end up with a million cats and dogs, way above the legal limit for household. They'd be like refugees at my refugee camp.
On a final note, my sister's cat captured in a rare moment of cuteness. Cats and dogs really do get along. It's like this at my house all the time..
