Nutrience® Grain Free Turkey, Chicken & Salmon Cat Food Review

During September, I received an offer to try a sample of the Nutrience Grain Free food for Cats or Dogs as a part of my participation for Bzzagent.com. As my dogs are no longer on kibble, my best option was to select the cat food for the kitties that I can not transition over to raw.
About two weeks ago, I received my BzzKit for this campaign. I was pretty excited to see what was inside given that the box was fairly small. As I opened the box there was much more inside than I originally expected. The box had 2 sample sizes of the Grain Free cat food: Nutrience Grain Free Turkey, Chicken & Salmon and the Nutrience Grain Free Ocean Fish & Salmon. Additionally there was also a coupon to get for free for any sized bag and flavor as an added bonus!
With my kitties Tink and Jazz, they are not fussy eaters but I prefer to buy the best quality food for the girls. For me to rule out any allergies or skin issues, grain free was the way to go. I had previous experience with my dogs having food allergies and went the raw method to mitigate allergies. For the kitties, going grain free made sense. I have previously purchased Acana and Orijen but found the food far too rich for them. After checking the Nutrience ingredients I found that they were comparable to what was offered by Acana and Orijen. I checked the reviews on DogFoodAdvisor.com and the Nutrience Dog Food was rated 5 stars!

One of the reasons I decided on the switch for the cats was that they were having diahhrea even after being on it for a month. I had been searching for a replacement and was pleasantly surprised when the first sample package was devoured during the first day and then the second sample package had them coming back for more. I monitored their bowel movements and am pleased to report that I am scooping firm poops from the kitty litter box. Happy cat = Happy owner
The second best reason switching to Nutrience is that they offer a loyalty program! Excellent after the 10th bag you get a bag free! I used my free bag coupon from Bzzagent at Petsmart. The price comparsion for Nutrience vs Acana or Orijen could not be beat, its about 40% cheaper! Plus Bzzagent also sent me $5 off coupons to share with friends/family within Canada. If you are interested in switching over to Nutrience, shoot me a comment with your email and I'll happily send along a coupon your way. Expiry date on the coupons is a year from now.
